Thai cooking classes and Lek Seafood

So now that I'm officially less than a month away, the anticipation is definitely starting to build. I've been doing a little bit of research on some Thai cooking classes and came across this amazing one in Chiang Mai called Siam Rice Thai Cookery School. It looks phenomenal and it's cheap! For about $25 CDN they include a market tour to buy the ingredients, information on Thai ingredients and cooking, and then preparing a six course meal! I can't wait. The entire class is six hours long. I've also scouted some places to eat once we land in Bangkok and found this place called Lek Seafood. Their dishes range from $ 5-$10 dollars CDN. Apparently they have the freshest seafood in Bangkok. Of course you have to be able to see past the humble settings and that it's located under a train station. I can't wait to try it out for myself. I'll be sure to post about it once I do.
